Twenty years ago, Carpet Mill Outlet was created by R&R Textiles, a locally owned specialty carpet manufacturer with ancestral ties to the Thomas Kay Woolen Mill of Salem. In 1997, we became affiliated with Abbey Carpets in a continuing effort to expand our offering of value priced quality flooring products.
From a textile-rich heritage, Carpet Mill Outlet has grown into
